What is justice? Is it really visible for those people who need it? Well, in the US, the word “justice” is a terms which is thrown around even without any thought being given to its meaning. Each day, lots of children spend their time reciting the Pledge of Allegiance that they conclude to be the words with the freedom and justice for people.
Justice is actually a concept which has been long argued by most philosophers. It is intimately tied with the idea of fairness and has been linked with rationality. Everybody wants to make a living within a fair society. Whenever a certain case goes prior to the Supreme Court, the judges are expected for the rational, deliberate, long as well as hard when it comes to the fairness of the action.
On the other hand, the opposite of a just society will be the tyrannical society. This could be a society ruled by the whims of a man or a small group of men who are making decisions which is based on their self-interest rather than the internet of the society in general. Justice as well as personal virtue is certainly related to each other, but they give different ideas. Justice could be thought as the morality in which people agreed as a society and had made into law. Actually, there had been debates about what such laws and constantly modified.
A philosopher said that the law of the society could compel people to act for more or less. The government got its power in terms of punishing or imprisoning people if they do not allow these laws into their lives. So, if you would like to be free of anything, it would be a good idea for you to just follow the rules and laws within your motherland or even with any place.
